Safety

In ONIX we take security very seriously, working 24 hours a day so whatever happens, you feel safe 

We have an electronic key card system enabling you to enter at any time and a closed circuit TV so that nothing escapes us!

All guests are requested to identify themselves prior their entrance to the Residence, if you're at ONIX we know who you are ...

The building is equipped with a modern fire detection system that is activated immediately if it recognizes too much heat or smoke. The system is complete: switches, buzzers, hoses and extinguishers in hallways and common areas.

The rooms' doors are RF-60, fire resistant for 60 minutes in case of fire in the building.

In ONIX we follow a Self Protection Guide that hasbeen produced for us by Prevenció Servei de Gaudí. Each team member has an assigned task: Emergency Management, Chief of Intervention, First Aid Head and leaders of the 1st Intervention, Evacuation and Transmission teams.

We make fire alarm drills when you least expect them. It happens, and it has to be like that ... We test our security alarm system regularly.

Health

Nutrition is the basis of having a good health. The food must be combined properly to achieve that it adequately covers the body's requirements.

A few steps from the Residence Onix you have the Mercat of Fort Pienc, where you'll find daily fresh products to cook in a varied and balanced way.

The next step is to keep your body active with daily exercise. To achieve it, in addition to our gym and pool, you can jog to the Parc de l'Estació del Nord and Parc de la Ciutadella or down to the Port Olympic Marina. Ask us, we have hundreds of routes to recommend you.

Finally, from Residence ONIX we recommend you to be in touch with a primary doctor. Do not wait to be ill to check the list of Hospitals, public or private, and find a doctor you trust
