Rates are valid from September 1, 2012 until June 30, 2013

General Conditions

• 8% -18% Taxes included.
• The Course Fee includes the reservation period from 1st September to 30th June (12am). Should extend your stay, you will need to rebook, applying the appropriate fee.
• The price includes accommodation, Internet connection, satellite TV, access to public areas, room cleaning plus linen and towels.
• Items payable at the Front Desk: Internet cables, telephone calls and laundry tokens. Irons are a courtesy by Residence ONIX.

You come for a complete academic course, how do you reserve your room?

Email us at frontdesk@residenciaonix.com indicating your name, date of arrival and departure and we will send all the details we need to make your reservation

*You must make the payment of 243,00 euros (8% VAT included). You must fill in all the details correctly so that the request is processed. We will contact you once the selection process is complete.

If we have availability and you have been admitted ...

You will receive by regular mail both the Letter of Admission and the Accommodation Agreement to the address specified in your Application Form.

You have been admitted, you're already in ONIX, the day of your arrival you must bring:

• The Accommodation Agreement duly completed and signed.
• Both the Deposit and the first month's accommodation fee, in cash.
• Spanish bank account data for the monthly payments, along with the authorization.
• ID card or passport copy, 2 passport sized photos and  Social Security or private insurance photocopies.
• Copy of the Studies Centre and / or University admissions document

When can you arrive? How long can you stay?

• The Accommodation Agreement covers the dates from September 1 to June 30 (12am).
• For your convenience we ask to be informed of your arrival with a minimum 3 days notice.
• If you must use the Residence before or after that period, you should make a new reservation and pay the stay according to the applying rate.
• The temporary absence of the Residence does not imply any reduction in the monthly rate.

The year is about to end and you want to renew your acommodation...

Do not worry, when the time comes we will contact you so your renewal can be processed with priority

There is no availability, your room choice is complete or you have not been admitted at University, what happens then?

• In these 3 cases the Application Fee will be returned to you.
• Do not forget to prove before July 10 that you have not been admitted by the University, the money refund period is in October.
• If the Residence is full or your room choice is complete, you will receive an email offering you the possibility to include your request on the waiting list.

What is the deposit for? When will it be returned and under what conditions?

• The deposit covers possible damages from incorrect use of the room's assets that require repair or replacement.
• The deposit will be returned at the end of the period booked by check (starting July 15).
• Neither the Application Fee nor the deposit will be refunded if you leave the Residence voluntary or involuntary at any point during the course, including expulsion.

What do you need to know about the monthly payments?

• The payments'amount must be accurate and the expenses must be on the Resident's side.
• Non-payment of the monthly installments shall entail suspension of the Residence's services and the residents' expulsion.
• Non justified delays on the monthly payments or reimbursement by the bank will suppose a penalty of 5% charge on your invoice.
