Rooms
|
|
Rooms have well equiped bath, kitchen, telephone, connection to Internet, independent air conditioning, heating and a wide large window.
Rooms have bed of 190x90cm, closet, table and desk lamp, drawers, chairs, rack and cork for photographs. Mattress with case, set of bed sheets, blanket, quilt and pillow are provided by the Residence; as well as the bath clothes.

Kitchen
|
|
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, electric stove and smoke extractor. The kitchen furniture is complete: game of cutlery, game of plates, frying pans, pots, bowl, pitcher of water, game of knives and utensils of kitchen, bottle opener, colander and kitchen table.

Common dependencies
|
|
The common dependencies are aimed for all residents to be used for free. There are three polyvalent study rooms, a computer laboratory, a reading lounge, music play room, living room, a fitness room, a TV room with DVD player and a solarium with a swimming pool.

Study rooms
|
|
Study rooms are perfectly enabled to welcome the residents who want to study, either alone or in company. All of them are equipped with proper furniture and have areas for Internet connection. It is a polyvalent space, capable of sheltering groups ranging from a limited study group up to a large oral presentation. Study rooms can even be adapted in order for the residents to receive particular classes from external teachers if they want it this way.

Computer lab

The last generation computer lab serves for residents to make projects and check out Internet. It is the perfect thing for all those residents who have no personal computer.

Reading lounge

Undoudtedly, The reading lounge is the most noble part in the Residence. It is located just in front of the big windows. It is a resting place that invites to sit down and chill out, either by looking up newspapers or enjoying an interesting novel.

Fitness room
|
|
Every resident who wants to work out can do it at the fitness-cardiovascular room. This space has bicycle and work-steps machines that make you forget the tiring days of work. In addition, the room contains a few back-racks and mattresses.

The television room is, due to its considerable dimensions, a meeting point where friends entertain themselves by enjoying the last movies out on DVD, soccer matches or the favourite soup-operas.
