GENERAL CONDITIONS:
  • Boast for person
  • 7% VAT to add .
  • The course rate contemplates the room's reservation from September 1st to June 30th. If it's necessary to extend the stay, it will be necessary to do a new reservation and apply for the proper rate.
  • The course stay requires registration expenses of 200 euros (7% VAT to add).
  • When the stay is longer than one month a deposit equivalent to a 800 euros is compulsory, otherwise the deposit is 100 euros.
  • The price includes: housing, connection to Internet, TV cable, access to the common areas, room cleaning once per week and change of bed sheets and bath clothes once per week.
  • The external telephone calls made by the resident will be charged separately.
  • The laundry room works with tokkiens, either for washing machines as for the drying machines. The resident is in charge of his detergent and conditioning. Irons can be used for free.
  • These rates are valid for the course 2009-2010.
