All the rooms have broadband Internet via high-speed LAN or Wi-Fi, included in the price of your room.

Residents can have family or friends visit freely from 9 am to 10 pm, just notify reception. Overnight guests can stay at the residence hall on a fold-out bed in the resident’s room for €25 per person per night. If a guest needs a separate room, we have rooms available at special prices for residents’ family members, subject to availability.

Our monthly rates include a weekly cleaning, including fresh sheets and towels.

Almost everything is included. From power, water and Internet to weekly cleaning and access to all common areas (including the pool and gym).
The only services not included are the laundry, which has coin-operated industrial machines for washing your clothes; printing and copying, which is done at reception; parking for cars and motorbikes; and calls placed from the phone in your room.
Sometimes we offer classes in the gym that aren’t included in the fees. But you can join in the classes at Unite Hostel for free.

They don’t come with a TV but they have a TV hook-up so you can bring your own. Who has a TV these days, though?

All the rooms have the option of a phone. To use it, contact reception to pay the fee.

We have a coin-operated laundry room in the basement (level -2) with washers and dryers you can use any time of day. They take special tokens, which can be purchased at reception.
A wash token costs €3.50 and a dryer token costs €2.50.

You can change rooms as long as there is another one available and it is for a good reason.

The key provided at reception is personal and non-transferable. Do not loan it to anyone for any reason. If you lose it, you will have to pay for a replacement. If you get locked out, contact reception.

The gym is free to use and open 24 hours a day, so you can work out whenever you want. Some special activities held in the gym may have an additional fee.

Throughout each quarter, we host several activities, championships, contests with prizes on social media, drawing workshops, ping-pong and table-football championships, video-game tournaments, and classes in the gym (Pilates, Zumba, yoga, etc.)

Don’t worry: let reception know. They will get in touch with the maintenance department and someone will be sent out to deal with it as quickly as possible.
